Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any proceedings will be the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Use of the Site

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Elevate Wellness. The term "Site" refers to elevatewellnessnutritioncoaching.com and all online properties supervised by Elevate Wellness. The term "user," "you" and "your" refers to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

The content on the Site (referred to as "Content") includes text, images, audio, video, and other materials provided for informational, educational, and promotional purposes. By using the Site, you agree to use this Content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

Content on this Site is the property of Elevate Wellness Online Coaching, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or store any content for purposes outside of the intended use of the Site without prior written permission from us.

Program Terms

Patrons that become Clients, agree that their Programs are paid in full or in advance on a 28-day schedule via electronic payment. Coaching investments are non-refundable, and non-

attendance, non-adherence to the program does not relieve the obligation to pay. After 30 days of inactivity and no communication, Programs will be terminated.

Service Guarantee

Elevate Wellness guarantees the achievement of goals discussed with your coach provided all program recommendations are followed. If goals are not met while adhering to the program, services will continue at no additional charge until those goals are achieved.

Account and Billing

Accounts must be current to receive service. A $300 fee applies to accounts not settled within 7 days of the due date, and service will be suspended on the 7th day of delinquency. Clients may place their membership on hold twice per calendar year for up to 30 days each.

Cancellation Policy

Program cancellations must be requested in writing 30 days prior to the effective date and will require an exit interview and completion of cancellation paperwork.
